"A good service thank you."

"1. my booking had inclusive short stay parking charges but I was forced to pay for short stay when I handed over the car for parking. I was showing the terms and conditions to your colleague but he forced me to pay him £6. I could not argue because I was running short of time to board the flight. 2. my car has been drove 59 miles during the parking time. You are not supposed to drive that much without my permission. It has happened with my twice now. I parked my car between 18/22 January 2019 and was surprised to see that it was droven 59 miles. "

"Excellent service throughout. Driver waiting on arrival. Swift processing of paperwork. On return having no luggage to collect called the office number once through Passport Control walked to the designated car collection point waited no more 3 minutes. Could not have been a better. Will certainly use again and can recommend this company."

"On entry we were met quickly and dealt with very quickly. Arrived back and received a call advising us where to pick up the car. All very slick. "

"Privece for value was good but was disappointed with the meet and greet. I had to wait 25mns to get my car back despite arriving a bit after the time indicated - seems they don’t have parking spaces to bring the cars in advance unlike their competitors and don’t have enough drivers to compensate"

"Because we were a bit earlier on arrival, due to the roads being good, we could not get to the airport earlier than our time slot, and the guy was extremely rude about it, stating it is not his problem."

"I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The staff were brilliant, there when I arrived for departure, assisted me with my luggage, and gave me good directions for the airport. Upon my return, following instructions, they were there when I came out of the airport, and were very helpful with directions as I was dropping a friend off first. Absolutely superb value for money, so very well done."
