"Didn't arrive on time, due to accidents on m11. Received phone call from company but didn't want to speak as on motorway. Attendant thought I was being rude. He didn't know anything about it though. Upon arriving at the airport transfer was very efficient and like wise on exit. Didn't have to pay exit fee, which was a nice final touch. "
