"Whole thing was excellent. Pickup- I misjudged how far out I was (5 mins not 15) so had to wait for about 10 mins in meet and greet. Maybe put a landmark in the instructions (so call from jct xxx on m56 rather than call when 15 mins out)?- I wasn't using satnav so didn't have that as a tool. Driver had ID and job sheet with my details so that was good. Return- called after picked up bags, got to meet and greet, 3 mins later I was in my car and rolling. Overall probably saved an hour each end, excellent service, will use again"
