"On arrival we were asked to phone 20mins before which i did, i was cut off before anyone answered. I phone again, again cut off after ringing for ages. I then rang the alternative number he told me to ring the other number again. I again rang the number given and again and again!! then in exasperation rang the alternative number once again, he said he would get in touch with the the chauffer. He told me to go to terminal 1 lower drop off which i did. No chauffer! told to move on by police, drove around aiport, rang again this time was getting angry, was told he was on his way, was just about to be moved on again when the chauffer arrived, it was very stressful, not the service i paid for. The pick up was very different, much better, the phone again cut off in the baggage pickup rang then cuts off. But after the second call, managed to arrange a pick up place and we only had to wait about 10mins, much better, but then we did not have a car to be picked up and also be moved on did we? Also did not have a plane to catch did we? Very stressful."
