"Fantastic service. The gentleman that met us to collect the car was there waiting when we arrived at Manchester airport on our departure day. He was friendly, informative and patient as I unloaded bags and 3 very excited children. On return to Manchester, the gentleman who returned our car to us was prompt, engaging and assisted us with our bags to the car. Again he was very patient as I grappled my very tired and shouty 4 year old into the car. His was friendly and cheerful.....a plus at 2 am and with my kids being rowdy. Thank you so much for a cost efficient, timely and friendly service, we were really pleased and will recommend you to others. "
