"First time I have used this type of service and I'm never going back. Gone are the days of waiting for the carpark bus in the wet weather. Excellent service, even when our return flight was delayed over 24hrs - no problem and a small charge. Efficient and friendly staff, would recommend this service to all and cheaper then the park and ride option at the time."

"Great service but I did have trouble finding the staff member on arrival and ended up in the long stay car park after some ambiguous directions. I was charged an extra £5:00 because although my return flight date was the 26th September from the US, I didn't touch down in the UK until the early morning of the 27th due to the long flight and time difference. I thought thus would have been raised upon the booking! Other than that a quick friendly, hassle free way to drop off and pick up your car."

"Unfortunately I had booked for 530am and did the necessary calling 15 mins before I arrived at the airport. I had to call them twice more. First time he said he would be there in 5 mins then 10 minutes later they said they would be 10 mins, he should have just said 20 mins initially. "

"Poor service - on delivery I rang 20mins before the airport but was still stood at the terminal for 40mins i rang A couple of times was told not long or 10mins apparently there's a shift change at 4 - coming home I wasn't invited to inspect my vehicle "

"The car return was very smooth and as I would have hoped but the drop-off wasn't very straight forward. The first number used on the confirmation email was unobtainable but the back up number worked. We called at the requested 15 minutes ahead of arrival but when we arrived at the departures drop off point 20 minutes later there was no one ready to pick up the car. We were then moved on by security and had to drive around the circuit again taking another 15-20 minutes. The time and hassle involved at the drop off left me feeling that we would have been better just parking up in a long stay and spending 10-15 mins transferring."
