"We have used this facility a few times and have in the past recommended to friends. However this time, when we arrived back, we waited over half an hour for a bus and when it came the drivers changed. It took the drivers about 15mins to have a conversation before we were on the move. When we got to our space our car had been bumped and we have broken lights on the driver side which are going to be costly to repair. All in all not a pleasant experience this time. We would still do the simply park again though because as I said before we gave never had any problem in the past "
