"Excellent service with clear instructions. My only comment is that the increased car park exit fee needs to be made clearer. It is not the fault of the company that fees to enter and leave the car park have increased but the actual amount needs flagging. Some people may prefer a park and transfer off airport because of the extra £5.00. Personally the convenience justifies the extra charge.

Traffic around airport and parking area is managed badly! Bet obviously CCTV cameras is in place. I guess whey collect great revenue :-)

"Not solely Swift's fault, but the logistics around Luton are horrific and exceptionally poorly planned and managed. However, the logistics and organisation of Swift (and other off-site parking services) at the dropoff / pickup site is poor: no signage, no information, no progress tracking, no dedicated safe waiting area, etc.
Also - the addition of an elevated exit fee is poor - just add it to the cost of parking!"
I've been with this company a few times whilst travelling to Luton airport and have always found them very professional and efficient with my car especially during difficult times with the up evil of the new car park being built with lots of road works. Keep up the good work, Karen x"
