"It worried me when I didn’t receive an email confirmation of my booking and couldn’t get through to them prior to our arrival. However I was able to log in to their site and see my booking to download the details. On both arrival and return they were very helpful, even though our airline caused a huge delay. I’d definitely recommend them and will be using their service again."

"Another great experience from Simply Park and Fly. This was my first booking for Luton airport, having used the service at Gatwick many times. The service was fantastic from beginning to end. Easy drop off service, plenty of spaces and simple instructions to follow to meet the car handlers. On return I called as instructed as soon as I had collected my luggage… by the time I had got to the car park my car was there waiting for me. I highly recommend this company. "
