"This service was one of the easiest I've used at any airport, not just Luton. Car park is offsite but close by and transfer to and from airport was well organised. One thing I would recommend is clearer instructions on finding the car park as we did go round the roundabout a few times before finding the green gates mentioned."

"Do not use the post code or address from your booking as you end up at the farm or someone’s private property. Follow the directions they provide!!! The bus driver should ride on the racetrack as he just flew through the car park without us but after my another phone call he came back and apologised. Everything else was good. Thanks "

"This company is inadequately staffed to provide the service that it so inaccurately claims. We waited over 40 minutes to get collected as the company only had one minibus in operation. We watched forlornly as other companies provided a speedy collection service and promised never to use this company again. "
