"The worst experience every in my whole life extremely rude driver refused to give us car back as he said plain landed 14:07 and we should be out of airport in 5 minutes didn’t want to listen that plain was delayed and we have two small children my kids had been waiting 45 minutes for him in cold and crying then he refused to give as a ticket to come out of car park when he decided that he will give ticket back balance on the ticket was 8pounds I never ever met someone so rude and horrible don’t use this car parkkkkk pay a little bit more and live your car somewhere else "

"I collected my car in the dark and was dismayed the following morning to find scratches on the door panel . When I got into my car which is a Range Rover , the drive was set to off road with a max speed of 10 mph."

"Arrival was good. Departure not so good. Flight landed at 2230 so not a lot of traffic. As requested we telephoned as we left baggage reclaim with our luggage. Then spent 20 minutes waiting in the car park and that was after the walk to it. Luckily it was not raining."
