"Process worked fine, the only issue at the moment is the queues to get into Luton parking due to the construction that's in place. You just have to join the queue along with everyone else attempting drop off, not sure what the other options could be?"

"The staff and parking were great. The whole was let down by the chaos in the car park and congestion on the approach road and in the drop off area. I accept this isn't the fault of Express Parking but it does rather spoil the whiole experience."

"To be honest my first experience with meet and greet... And it was just Amazing!!! Luton airport work mess even cannot change it. 1st - Beautiful woman who collecting your car is very friendly and polite gives you clear instructions about everything. 2nd - Airport terminal is really just few minutes away. 3rd - Collection was spot on. Car arrive exactly as we were on car park, everything in car was exactly as it was left. Recommend to All! And for sure will use again and again!!! Thank you"

"Guys arrived within a few minutes of when promised, which considering the CHAOS at Luton currently is worthy of recommendation. Staff polite and professional. My car was not returned with 40 miles extra or with the heater and radio settings changed as I've experienced at Heathrow many times, so was a POSITIVE experience. 100% recommend."

"The man on the phone who called me to ask where I was (I was running late as I had an emergency at home) was quite rude, he shouted at me on the phone and said he'd charge me if |I do not turn up in 1 hr. The young guy who dropped my car back to me was really lovely & polite. Any meet & greet I have used before have been close to the pick up/drop off zone, this was not the case for drop off as it was right at the back of the car park, I was told area 5, there is no area 5. I then had to walk with 4 kids from the furthest point in the car park to the terminal. It may have been easier to catch the bus!. At pick up, the young man brought the car as near as possible to the pickup zone which I really appreciated. Would I recommend again! Maybe! "

"Luton parking is a mess... not your fault but the car park is a nightmare and the meet and greet pick up point is a long way from the terminal. That said your staff were friendly and helpful. I'd suggest building the car park exit charge into your fee... felt like I was stung an extra £7"
