Getting There

Directions

London City Airport is can be accessed by road or rail. Use M25 junction 30 and follow the A13 through to the North Circular and follow signs for the Airport. If you are using satnav, choose post code E16 2PX for the airport terminal and E16 2PB for the car park. If travelling by train, arrive at any of London's major stations and use the Underground through to Bank Station. Once there, take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) through Canning Town for direct access to the airport terminal.

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

 

Arrival Process:

• Please call 20 minutes before you arriv e at London City Airport.

Directions:

• Follow signs to London City Airport. Please call  prior to your arrival.
• Once there you'll come to3 barriers, take the one on the extreme left, take a ticket to enter and park your car in an empty space.
• A suited Butterfly driver will meet you and you'll need to give them your keys and the ticket from the barrier.
• There is a 25 minute wait time allowed in the Short Stay/Terminal Car Park and you'll need to pay £7.50 to leave.
• On arrival, you'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible.
• In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged £20 driver waiting fee and face delays to your service.

• There are specially designated disabled bays located very close to the terminal.

On Return

On Return, call and you will be advised where to meet the driver.
CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY £7.50 TO EXIT THE CAR PARK. 

The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
