"A very good service. It was very busy when we arrived and so the spaces we were told to park in were full. We stopped and asked what to do and were advised we could park anywhere and to just let them know the parking bay number. Would definitely use again."

"After having a very bad experience with another company last year (they lost my car and I did not get it back for 3 days and I had to pay out £160 in taxi fares), I was loath to try it again. However, this company was excellent both at collecting my car at LHR T5 and returning it. My return was delayed and I used a different airline which used LHR T2. I had to pay a very small amount for the extra day and it was no problem for them to return my cat to a different terminal. All in all excellent and I will definitely use them again. "

"Excellent experience. A little confusing on arrival as the desk to report to wasn’t advertised as ‘Simply Park &Fly. Once this was resolved there were no problems at all. B.A. changed the return terminal but there was no problem in getting the car back after the required phone call Instructions and directions were very clear, the best I’ve encountered and would definitely use this company again."
