"After having a very bad experience with another company last year (they lost my car and I did not get it back for 3 days and I had to pay out £160 in taxi fares), I was loath to try it again. However, this company was excellent both at collecting my car at LHR T5 and returning it. My return was delayed and I used a different airline which used LHR T2. I had to pay a very small amount for the extra day and it was no problem for them to return my cat to a different terminal. All in all excellent and I will definitely use them again. "
