Just recommend informing new clients at Terminal 5 to follow signs for Meet and Greet to get to level 4. We went to wrong lane and spent several minutes vainly searching for ramp to level 4!

Call the office just before you arrive - Drive to the departure drop off - 2 mins for the paperwork - Get your flight...
Call the office from baggage claim - go to collection point - car is waiting - sign for car - Drive away...
You really need to do this... you will never do anything else...
"When I dropped the car off, I made it clear to the driver that the car ignition key had to be left in the position lined up with the mark on the ignition block or the battery would drain, ( a common problem with Chrysler Voyagers). When we phoned on landing it took nearly an hour for pick up, I was told by the driver that the car wouldn't start because of a flat battery, quite annoying really seeing as I had made a point of telling them, hence a 3star."
