Services:

• This service is provided for all Heathrow Airport Terminals. Please make sure you go through "more info arrival/return" page before you book.

Important:

• This service operates from  4:00 AM to 23:59 (please you timing of departure and return before you book)
• The telephone number of  Heathrow park and ride will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
• There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for Non Flex and Booking made the same day.
• As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER.

Please Note, the car park height RESTRICTION is maximum 2 meter

On Arrival

Direction and Instructions for Heathrow Park and Ride Service

Direction from M4 junction 4 to Heathrow Park and ride Parking Stockley Country Park UB8 3LN as below:

• On M4 junction 4, take exit A408 towards Stockley Road, follow A408 road for 1.6 miles until Stilwell roundabout.
• Take 1st exit towards Colham roundabout.
• At Colham roundabout, take 1st exit to Stockley Country Park.
• Go through the height restriction gate (2 metres) and follow the direction signs “Aygo Parking". Park your car at the Drop off area and make your way to the reception.

On Arrival
When you arrive, park your car at the Drop off area and make your way to the reception with your luggage where a staff member will be available to attend you. You will have to leave your keys with us so your car can be moved to the secured area in the car park. On completion of all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 10 minutes.

On Return

On Return

Terminal 2
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to the pickup area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.

Terminal 3
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.

Terminal 4
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.

Terminal 5
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 4 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.
