"the cheapest meet and greet company when I booked late. Friendly staff and on time. We arrived on time on the 06/09/23 however there was a problem with our luggages and took us extra hour and the staff phoned me about the agreed time and he was very considerate and waited for that 1 hour until we reached our car. "Terminal 5 Meet and Greet used was very good, albeit our first attempt to find the right location was misjudged. We followed the directions given which were to proceed up the ramp and keep left to collect our entry ticket. On keeping left we travelled through the £5 drop off zone, didn't stop but were still liable for the fee - or an expensive fine. We asked a taxi driver for directions then and kept to the right up the ramp and found the correct location. Matters proceeded smoothly thereafter. On collection of our car two weeks later Level 4 was so quiet on a Monday and things went smoothly. Will use again for T.5 as the cost was competitive."

"Not made clear that parking AND departure car park payments are not included - other companies I’ve used through park & fly it was included, chose this company thinking it was… Including this cost in my calculations would have made the other options the same - and I would have chosen a different provider that I’ve used before. Make all charges clear! "

"We arrived early (2 hours) and the pickup was accommodating as they could have been so we weren’t hanging around too long. Return was super efficient although I could have done without the muddy boot prints in the rear near side passenger footwell. Good value for money though. "
