"On my return to Heathrow I felt uncomfortable waiting on level 5 "drop-off only area" for my car to be delivered. It should have been devilered on level 4. I guess Simply Parking was saving on paying a parking ticket."
"Even thought the booking was for 03:00 i found when i arrived that the opening hours are from 04:00 this was not mentioned on any of the booking pages or in my booking confirmation. A staff member did come in after i called the number i was provided with but this meant travel companions were hanging around awaiting my arrival at the airport."

Vehicle was used to transport agents staff around car left unclean inside. Simply Park website did not indicate vehicle would be used in this fashion.
SimplyPark were not very helpful in assisting with enquiry. Firm that parked the car offered a paltry £10 to have car matts cleaned. This is not acceptable.
Will not make use of Simply Park as a broker or the parking agent in future & shall tell family &friends &work colleagues not to use. "
