Arrival:
Please call us at least 25 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time.
 

Departure:
Please call Drive park Meet & Greet once you have collected your luggage. we do require 25 minutes notice to return your car to the pick up point.

Restrictions:

• We do not accept LWB vans or mini busses.
• Service provider will pay the entry and exit fee of the Short Stay Car Park up to 25 minutes.
• Meeting point locations may be subject to change and service provider will advise of any changes. ​
• Please remove all your possessions and only leave keys/codes required to move the vehicle (excluding SELF PARKING products).
• You must ensure that, before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company that it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and hold a current MOT if applicable.
• All vehicles are parked at the owners risk and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to any vehicle or its interior unless the loss or damage is a direct result of our negligence. 
• Customers are advised to check their vehicle on arrival and on departure from the airport/car park, as once the vehicle has left the airport/car park no liability issues will be entered into.

There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider  takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day. Be sure you have the telephone number before you go to the airport on departure day.

On Arrival

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. 

No shuttle bus is required!! Because we will meet you at the terminal.There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for this booking.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

Car Par Telephone No: Please call us when you are 15 - 20 minutes away from the terminal so we can arrange a driver for you.

Terminal 2 Postcode: (TW6 1EW).

Terminal 2 Departure Instructions:

• From the M25 exit. follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
• Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
• Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
• Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
• On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
• Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
• Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".

Terminal 3 Postcode: (TW6 3QG)

Departure Instructions For Heathrow Terminal 3:

• From the M25 exit follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
• Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
• Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
• Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW A

Terminal 4 Postcode: (TW6 3XA)
Departure Instructions For Heathrow Terminal 4:

• When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4.
• Keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
• Continue down the lane and at the end just pull over at the drop off .

Terminal 5 Postcode: (TW6 2GA)

Departure Instructions For Heathrow Terminal 5:

• Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout.
• After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4".
• Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
• Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R-S. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as Off Airport Meet & Greet

On Return

Terminal 2 Arrival Instructions:

• Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
• Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, Row B .

Arrival Instructions For Heathrow Terminal 3:

• Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
• As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park, ROW A.

Arrival Instructions For Heathrow Terminal 4:

• Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
• As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park . once your in the short stay car park you should get the lift up to level 2
• Your vehicle will be returned where signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building.

Arrival Instructions For Heathrow Terminal 5:

• Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
• Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, Row R OR S.
