"It was great the first time when we booked and everything went smoothly. Now the second time we had to wait for 40 minutes to be picked up from the airport since we called to let them know... not ideal when is freezing outside and there was no traffic jam as the driver confirmed... just not organized very well on that occasion. Very nice &friendly staff"
