"Well the reception chap on the rostrum, did not even look up at me when I asked if I was at the right desk, it was another reception person who told me that I was in the right place, you rep was very ignorant, on the return the person was very helpful, so different to the first chap, surely if he didnt want to be there then he should look for another job."
