"A very smooth operation both dropping off and collecting. Friendly staff and an efficient process. Only one complaint...I asked that the radio and seat SETTINGS should not be touched. Again this was ignored...I don't mind the driver's seat being adjusted of course but the setting buttons should not be touched."

"Overall a very good service. Constructive feedback would be for the person who answers the telephone to speak a bit clearer and slower. The person I spoke to was rather abrupt and given I was unsure as to what to do, was driving and trying to take instructions, he could have been a bit friendlier. When collecting my vehicle, the person I spoke to was rather abrupt again, and again could have been a bit friendlier and more understanding that we did not know what the process was. The staff for drop off and collection were superb, very friendly, explained what they were doing and were very courteous. Thank you."
