"We were very happy about the drop off process, but we waited for 45 minutes for the pickup. I appreciate that there were circumstances beyond their control, but I telephoned 3 times to be told each time that the driver would “be there shortly”. I feel that someone could have called us back and kept us more informed. "

"So easy and efficient to use. Easy to ring them just before you arrive and they have all your details and advise where to go. They are there waiting for you right at the entrance door to the airport, you unload the car, sign the documentation and we walked away from the car like we had parked on our drive way. On return, I called them as we passed through customs, made our way to where we had left it and there they were ready and waiting, in we got and off we went, no long walks to the car parks, no waiting for coaches to car parks ~ excellent. Stress free, good way to start and end your vacation."
