"The directions given for your location were out of date and incorrect however I fortunately know the area and so the place wasn't especially hard to find. On arriving the whole process was much smoother than anticipated with friendly helpful staff - the bus driver even helped with the suitcases/skis - much appreciated. I would be happy using your service again. "
