You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

• Distance to the terminal is an approximately 2 to 3 minute walk.
• Your car will be parked for you for the duration of your trip.
• Drop your car at the Airport Meet & Greet area avoiding the need for transfers.
• This is a Meet & Greet Service - you will be required to leave your keys.

Stay_Restrictions: Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.

Disabled_Facilities: This service is ideal for disabled travellers. 

Directions:

• Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park, take the middle lane signed Short Stay Car Park and Meet & Greet.At entry barrier press the ticket request button & take a ticket. Drive straight ahead, then bare slight left following signs for Pre-Booked Meet & Greet. After approx 15 meters you will see another barrier (on right) where you will be met by a member of the Meet & Greet Team who will direct you where to park and where to check in.
• Airport post code is DE742SA if using Sat Nav please follow the above directions to your specific car park once you reach the Airport.
• If you stay longer than your pre-booked days you will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the car which will be payable on exitwhich will be payable on exit

On Return

• Return to the Meet & Greet office where you will be directed to your car.
• The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
