"Will not use this service again. The standard car park is closer than the pick up drop off point. Is cheaper, and no waiting for vehicle to be delivered to me is required.
Instead of the service being a travel stress reliever, it caused me much stress."
"Service was great all very straightforward. Only problem was that the car was returned filthy. Looked like it had been kept on a building site it was covered in dust. It was so bad we had to clean the windows before we could drive it away and had to go straight to the carwash. The driver commented on how bad it was and gave us the customer services email address. Such a shame because everything else was very good and convenient."
"Arrival was a bit chaotic. Lots of guys coming and taking pictures of the car with fly drive jackets. One guy then asked for my keys and just went off without giving me a receipt. As we were a bit tight for time we just had to leave the car.
Bit of a confusing walk to and from the car park to the airport especially when there seemed to be some work going on. Not like previously being able to drop car in front of terminal.
On arriving back was given an exit ticket with not given enough time to tie bags onto the roof. Got a charge on exit.
That said I would use this service again. "
"2nd time in less than a year I have used this service at Birmingham, and both times we have had to wait for far too long to receive our vehicle back to travel home.
Yesterday we arrived with 2 tired children and had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the cold after following the published instructions to the letter.

"It was fairly chaotic when we arrived at the designated area for collecting our car. It's not as easy as when you could use the 'drop and go' area particularly with lots of luggage, small children and an injured person. There should be some provision for helping customers to get to the area with their luggage. It took a while for our car to arrive despite calling ahead and then the man couldn't get us a ticket to exit the car park. Then the ticket he did get didn't work so we had to wait further to get let out. It wasn't the smoothest or quickest experience."
"I did as requested, and rang 15 minutes before I guessed I would arrive at the Valet parking, and even though I still got lost because traffic was manic, they took the time to direct me to where I SHOULD be. From then on my booking was seamless. Car dropped off, and taken charge of, leaving me to get on with my flight. On my return, because I have no baggage I was a little too early, but the staff are really amiable and the car WAS returned within 15 minutes as quoted. Extremely happy with the price as it was half the price of the Meet and Greet competition. "
